Shipping

• Processing Time: In‑stock orders ship in 1‑3 business days post‑payment. Custom‑order production time is confirmed via email, normally 5‑15 days.
• Shipping Alert: Tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch. Track status on your order page.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery shown on order page, for reference only and not guaranteed.
• Package Check: Inspect parcels on receipt and save your unboxing video. Take photos and contact support immediately for damage or missing items.
• Lost & Damaged Parcels: Full refund offered with valid shipping proof for transit loss or damage.
• Address Update: Address edits permitted before shipment; no changes after dispatch.
• Parcel Refusal / Abandonment: Return freight from unwarranted refusal or abandonment will be deducted from refunds.
• Customs Fees: We cover import duties and clearance charges.

• Return Window: Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Both refund and store‑credit returns are allowed within 14 days; only store‑credit returns are available days 14‑30. No returns after 30 days.
• Store Credit Option: 15% restocking fee is waived for store‑credit returns. Shipping fees still apply.
• Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, stain‑free, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Washed, altered or customer‑damaged items cannot be returned.
• Custom Orders: Custom‑made dresses are non‑returnable. Standard in‑stock dresses qualify if they meet return conditions.
• Return Process: Submit a request to customer service, wait for approval, then ship to the provided address. Do not return items without prior confirmation.
• Shipping Liability:
  Defective / wrong‑item orders: We cover return shipping.
  Personal‑reason refund returns: 15% restocking fee per dress plus return shipping fees apply.
  
• Refund Timeline: Refunds go to your original payment method within 3‑7 business days after warehouse inspection.
• Non‑returnable Items: Goods with wear marks, stains, scratches, missing tags, customer alterations or wash damage.
