• Return Window: Return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Both refund and store‑credit returns are allowed within 14 days; only store‑credit returns are available days 14‑30. No returns after 30 days.
• Store Credit Option: 15% restocking fee is waived for store‑credit returns. Shipping fees still apply.
• Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, stain‑free, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. Washed, altered or customer‑damaged items cannot be returned.
• Custom Orders: Custom‑made dresses are non‑returnable. Standard in‑stock dresses qualify if they meet return conditions.
• Return Process: Submit a request to customer service, wait for approval, then ship to the provided address. Do not return items without prior confirmation.
• Shipping Liability:
  Defective / wrong‑item orders: We cover return shipping.
  Personal‑reason refund returns: 15% restocking fee per dress plus return shipping fees apply.
  
• Refund Timeline: Refunds go to your original payment method within 3‑7 business days after warehouse inspection.
• Non‑returnable Items: Goods with wear marks, stains, scratches, missing tags, customer alterations or wash damage.
